Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced support assistant to work with a female student in year 7. The role includes responsibility for offering academic support in lessons and some assistance with mobility around the site. The successful candidate will be someone to whom the student will relate to both personally and religiously, and who will be able to manage the correct balance of support and aspiration, and who will instil and build confidence and self-esteem.
