At Immanuel, we support our students’ pathway through learning and work with a number of key events and activities.
In Sixth Form, Careers and University advice become part of the daily diet. Highlights include an ‘Options Beyond 18 Evening’ to which Sixth Form pupils and their parents are invited. At this event, outside speakers attend to give independent advice about the pathways that are available.
Typically, this may include Apprenticeships, University Admissions tutors and COA representatives. Students visit the Careers Fair, where they are encouraged to make connections and pursue Work Experience opportunities. Open Days and other relevant work-based opportunities are relayed to students via email or via the intranet.
Many of our Alumni are in direct contact with current students; a cyclical feature that we are proud to promote.
