Immanuel College is a Jewish independent day school located in Bushey within easy reach of North London. The Head will be strategically and commercially minded as the facilitator of transformative change, working collaboratively and openly in a way which builds trust and confidence across the school and the wider school community.

This is an opportunity for a leader to truly shape and deliver a ground-breaking approach which challenges the educational norms of today. The preferred candidate will be brave, prepared to innovate and will bring a proven track record of successful change management in schools. A commitment to the values and ethos of the College and a collaborative and enabling style of leadership will also be key elements. The next Head of Immanuel is not required to be a member of the Jewish community although will need to work closely within it and in alignment with the school’s values and future ambitions.
