Pupils Lead Digitally At Sacks Morasha School
On Tuesday 11th February, Immanuel’s Digital Leaders Committee (DLC) went to Sacks Morasha Jewish Primary School to talk to Years 5 and 6 about technology. Mrs Shooter, Abi Boyden (Year 9) and Zac Mendelsohn (Year 10) spoke first to parents about how to support their children with social media and gaming as they move from Year 6 into secondary school. Then the rest of the DLC – Tilly Martin (Year 8), Saskia Kalms (Year 8), Eva Lobb (Year 9), Zackary Duke-Cohan (Year 9), Nicole Sakhai (Year 9), Maiya Kastner (Year 9), Aimee Werth (Year 9), Romi Sorene (Year 8) and Eliana Lewis (Year 9) – along with Mrs Freedman, joined Abi and Zac to teach Years 5 and 6 about on-line safety by acting out scenarios and a running a Kahoot quiz. It was a very informative and fun morning for all involved.
