Senior School Lunches

Every pupil at Immanuel College Prep School and Senior School will have lunch in the school dining room, where there is a choice of freshly prepared hot meaty or vegetarian lunch, jacket potato, soup, ready-made or DIY sandwiches and a varied salad bar. The menu is changed on a termly basis. 

Leave of Absence Requests

The information below is for parents of pupils currently in the College.

For absences known in advance:
If there is an appointment that cannot be arranged outside of school hours, please email the Form Tutor before the day of absence to enable them to record it as an Authorised Absence. If this is not a medical appointment, please ask your child’s Head of Section to Authorise absences. Heads of Section should evaluate the overall progress and educational best interests of each child before Authorising absence, and for this they need clear information from parents. Please download, complete and return the Application for Leave of Absence form which is available below and which you should submit to the relevant Head(s) of Section by email or as hard copy.

For absences not known in advance (generally for medical reasons):
To report your child absent on the day, please telephone the new direct line for pupil absence 020 8955 8937 and leave a message, naming your child, the date, their form and the reason for the absence by 9:00 am. If neither of these things is done, staff from the College Office will try to contact you on the day, but if we cannot reach you, then the absence will be recorded as Unauthorized.
